Whatsuuuuup. As you know fatherhood is taking its toll so the Blog is on the back foot for now, HOWEVER, yesterday I went for a 5 mile run which was slow and I felt groggy thanks to sleep deprivation…

and this is what I did today-

 

This is the first session of any real pushing so not heavy at all however I used slightly more weight on the incline bench as it’s a Pec Minor injury which doesn’t really become all that affected by the Incline or overhead stuff. Still, I’ll keep it light so as to continue the recovery process. Thanks for reading all!

 

oh, and here was the little workout partner I had today. The picture doesn’t do him Justice, you could hear him moving along the floor!
